Parsons Interns gain invaluable hands-on professional experience while working under the direction of an experienced professional. General assignments are designed to help interns develop a practical knowledge of discipline-specific standards, practices and techniques. Intern hires gain a working knowledge of policies and procedures related to their field of study and gain on-the-job understanding of the interrelationships between engineering, project management and business operations. Parsons is fully committed to developing our interns and encouraging top performers to transition into full-time regular positions.

Graduated from college with a bachelors or masters degree within the last 9 years
Have 0-9 years of relevant work experience in the field for which they are hired
